Welcome to "Ballers Only: The Madden 25 Tournament"! We're excited to have you join us for an epic day of competition and fun at the NRE Event Space. Please review the following information to ensure you're fully prepared for the tournament. The tournament will be held on September 21st. Check-in begins at 1:30 PM, with the tournament starting promptly at 2:00 PM and the finals taking place at 7:00 PM. The entry fee is $50 per participant. The prizes include $250 for 1st place, $150 for 2nd place, $100 for 3rd place, and a $50 bonus for each game won by mercy rule. To register, simply complete the registration form by clicking the link below and fill out the necessary details. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and an invitation to join our Discord group for event communication. Please bring your own PS5 controller if you prefer, as well as a headset for in-game communication if desired. Dress comfortably as you will be playing multiple matches, and bring a positive attitude as good sportsmanship is a must. Game settings for the tournament will include 7-minute quarters, a 40-second play clock, All-Pro skill level, random weather, injuries off, fatigue on, and no accelerated clock. Participants may use any of the 32 NFL teams from the Madden 2021 roster. No created teams, All Madden, or Canton Greats teams are allowed. In the event a game ends with the score tied, the game will go into overtime using standard NFL overtime rules. If a team is up by 24 points or more in the 4th quarter, after the losing team has 1 possession, or if they cannot get closer to 24 points with one possession anytime in the 4th quarter, the game will be ended early. All participants must adhere to our player conduct rules to ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for everyone.
